Policy FAQ

  • We all run late to an appointment at one point or another. Generally speaking, the late arrival cut off is 15 minutes after your appointment time, at which point we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a rebooking fee. If you think you’re going to be late, please shoot me a text! Sometimes we can make the time we have work.

  • I understand that things come up, or we end up with conflicts in our schedule. Cancellations, and rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your booked appointment time.

  • In the event of a no call, no show, a fee equal to your booked appointment time will be charged to the card on file. Any unprocessed fees will be due before rebooking.

  • If you’re exhibiting symptoms of flu, strep, or a cold, please let me know asap. Depending on the situation or how you feel, we may need to reschedule.

  • Sometimes, after a haircut or new color, our hair sits differently once we get home and style it ourselves. If for any reason you aren’t completely happy with your look, let me know within 1 week of your original service and we can schedule a time to make any necessary adjustments.

  • Due to liability reasons, unless a child is getting their own hair done, children are not allowed in the salon.

  • If you bought products from Ritual Salon and you’re not happy with them, you can bring them back for exchange within 14 days of original purchase.
